The Watchbot Assistant robot helps visually impaired, hearing impaired, cognitively impaired and people with reduced mobility to navigate autonomously in large infrastructures such as transport stations, shopping malls or similar.
The assistance service offered by Watchbot can be booked via an app in advance or on the spot, in an accessible way.
The robot guides the user to the desired points of interest such as cafeteria, toilets, platforms or stores. It can also carry the user's luggage or bags. The robot then returns alone to its dockstation to await a new reservation.
This robot is being developed in collaboration with the Inserta Innovación Association (belonging to Eleven Social Group) in its capacity as a subcontractor of PROSVASI science and technology for inclusion, A.I.E.
