Last October 2022, the Community of Madrid awarded Fundación Once the prize of Digitization of the Community of Madrid by the project AccessRobotof which we are the main partner providing the autonomous robotic platform. Watchbot Assistant and carrying out customized developments to make this project a reality.
These awards seek to recognize the best initiatives or projects developed in the field of digital transformation and digitization, either by companies or self-employed professionals and entrepreneurs that have been launched or are being developed and represent a transformative value.
The project consists of the design and development of a new robot capable of providing assistance to people with different functional limitations (sensory, physical and cognitive) in environments that can be complex, such as transport infrastructures, shopping centers or hospitals, as well as in the domestic environment.
The robot will allow, among others, the guidance of people, the manipulation of objects and multimodal interaction, all under safety parameters for people and with the guarantee of integrity for the environment.
